Last week Economic Mobility Systems joined our partners Grayson College and North Central Texas College to present the power of the Texoma Promise and Red River Promise in engaging communities and driving improved college and workforce outcomes.

  • Grayson College President, Jeremy McMillen, provided insights from a panel “Unleashing America’s Talent: Using College Promise Programs to Advance Access, Momentum, and Mobility”
  • North Central Texas College Leaders, Melinda Carroll and Barbara Stanley were joined by Dr. Emily Klement and Karen Quintero to present “Rural Promise: Simple framework approach to produce equitable postsecondary and workforce outcomes in rural communities” … North Central Texas College also received a leadership award.
